Sophia is a passionate European and Southeastern Europe specialist with extensive experience in European development cooperation, higher education, lifelong learning, and consulting. As the Managing Partner of Most Europa, she leads initiatives that support civil society organizations (CSOs) in the Western Balkans, focusing on resilience-building, policy advocacy, and strategic capacity development. With a strong background in donor-funded projects (EU, German Ministries), Sophia provides consulting on regional cooperation, social inclusion, and economic development.
Holding Master's degrees in Sociology and Southeastern European Studies, she has in-depth expertise in social science data analysis and policy research. While at the European Commission, she tracked trends in education, employment, and social inclusion policies in the EU Neighbourhood regions. Today, she applies her analytical and strategic consulting skills to empower CSOs, international organizations, and public institutions, fostering sustainable impact across the region.
