Sophia is a passionate European and Southeastern Europe enthusiast with experience leading projects in higher education, lifelong learning, European development cooperation and consulting. She has Master's degrees in Sociology of Education and Southeastern European Studies. As a result, Sophia has in-depth knowledge of social science data analysis methods. Working at the European Commission, she tracked trends in education politics, social inclusion and employment policy in the Western Balkans. Today, she is leading Most Europa supporting local CSOs using her solid analytical and consulting skills.

Sophia Kluge

Matthïas is French-Swiss who has Bachelor degrees in Economics (Université de Nantes) and Balkanic Studies (Sorbonne Université, INALCO. Currently, he is enrolled in the Masters's programme in Applied Economics (Université de Neuchâtel). After a semester at the University of Zagreb, he moved to Belgrade to join Most Europa, master his Serbian language skills, and expand his professional expertise. He aims to contribute to the EU integration of the Western Balkan countries and the transformation into a carbon-free society.

Matthïas Ribard-Imobersteg

Ena Sorić is a Franco-Croatian student of European Affairs at the Université Paris-Sorbonne and of BCMS at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco). Before joining Most Europa, she worked for the think tank Euro Créative for which she wrote articles about Balkan politics. Ena wants to contribute to the EU integration of the Western Balkans and a better understanding of the region against clichés.

Project coordination

Our work aims to have a long-term and sustainable impact. We want to make a difference and support vulnerable groups, other civil society organisations and NGOs working in the Western Balkans. Our flagship project is the&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.linkedin.com/groups/12375002">Most Europa Balkans Careers Hub</a>, where we share hand-picked career opportunities around the Western Balkans. We want to expand this pro bono project further to promote the professional mobility of young adults interested in working in Western Balkans projects.
