Founding Director of Most Europa in 2019, Rémi is an expert in European affairs and international cooperation. He has extensive experience working with diplomatic institutions, civil society, cultural stakeholders, and the private sector. He holds degrees in Political Science (Sorbonne), European Studies (College of Europe), and Human Rights Law (Louvain).
With over four years as an international civil servant in a diplomatic representation in Brussels and prior field experience in the Western Balkans, Rémi has developed strong expertise in policy coordination, strategic diplomacy, and project leadership.
As a Lecturer in European and International Affairs at Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris) and the French National Institute for Public Service (INSP, Strasbourg), and an associate expert of the European Platform for Francophone Training (PEFF-ESFAM-AUF, Sofia), he is further developing expertise in training needs analysis (TNA) and capacity building.
In 2025, Rémi returned to Most Europa as a Partner. Now based in Valencia, Spain, he is also leading the development of Most Africa, a sister organization dedicated to fostering partnerships between European and African stakeholders.
